The Bike (base model)
Coal stayed out most of the night investigating all of the incidents around town. He stayed back, inconspicuous to most in the crowds as the police responded to each report. To him it almost seemed as though the man called Sabotage had served as a bit of a diversion... seemed several other villains, probably the woman from the roof, had been having fun while the little ambush only managed to slightly injure Sabotage. He'd have to be careful not to get too occupied in such a fight again.
As the fires dwindled the sun started to rise, painting the sky in red and orange. A little disappointed Coal made his way back to his shop, laying down to rest in his room. He wondered if it'd a woman would find his spartan tastes unappealing. His mind wandered on to other thoughts as he drifted into sleep, having not slept in days.
He woke to twilight, the sun having already set... looking at his phone he thought of Rachel, she seemed like a bit of a night owl. He shook himself, unsure why he was thinking about her when it was the ideal time to go out on patrol again. Still the thought didn't shake, maybe he needed to have something different for once. Snatching his phone he looked up her number. He sent a simple text, too shy to want to speak over the phone.
Regardless of her answer he armed himself & stashed the mask in the bike. Driving towards the city he kept his senses spread wide to see if he could sense anything. It would be a lie to say he wasn't still looking for a fight.
Why am I alive?
I have nothing to live for...
Nothing left to lose.
If I cannot die, I have to prove that I'm alive
I have nothing to live for...
Nothing left to lose.
If I cannot die, I have to prove that I'm alive

Hi, wondered if you might like a cup of coffee?
I don't know many places, but I'd be willing to
pick you up if you'd like.

I'll destroy it, anything, everything!
I'll destroy all the wrong that I see
So the world I leave in my wake is brighter.
I'll destroy all the wrong that I see
So the world I leave in my wake is brighter.
