Characters can be so frustrating like that! It's the worst.
And you absolutely don't need to feel like you're letting me down. I know you
have a busy life, first of all, and I know that you're trying and you're being
honest with me, and that's all I need. Having a slower-moving rp is fine as
long as I know we both know where we're at with it. ^^

As for Tari, I really love her the way she is, but at the same time, she's also the
main character of the novel I'm working on. So, like, it's not like I'm not getting
enough of her. Which is why I TOTALLY would not mind in the slightest if you
wanted me to change her at all, and I sort of have this half-formed concept of
a sarcastic/sassy male that would also be fun. Really, either way is equal to
me. Honestly. If you put a gun to my head and made me choose, it would be
like flipping a coin. So if you have any preference at all, let me know!

Also I've been thinking, and the stunt that Tari pulled in my last post wasn't
exactly realistic, so I apologize for that. I'm thinking that would be more of a
thing that would be possible eventually, but that she wouldn't know how
to do yet. So to fix it, I'm just going to have her be really surprised and kind
of flipping out about it. Which means it's also safe to assume that she's
going to be a lot less coordinated than normal, making Edan's life easier.
Just fyi, that's where I'm at with that.

Hey so life development update... thing.
A year ago, I left on an LDS mission, but had to come home for medical reasons.
I recently found out that I am indeed able to go back during the summer, and am
choosing to take that opportunity. While on mission, I won't have access to
internet, so roleplaying or even checking gaia will not be an option. Basically,
what this boils down to is that come June or July (exact time unknown), I will
have to quit roleplaying for a year and a half. I don't know if this affects your
desire to continue with ours at all, since it now has an end date on it, but it
it does, I totally understand. ^^

Congratulations! I am not sure what a LDS mission is, but it is obviously something you greatly desire to do, so I am happy you get the opportunity.

As for my desire to roleplay, no, this makes no difference. You are a good role playing partner. Scratch that you are amazing and very patient. So I wish to continue our rp for as long as you are around.

Speaking of which. I will be working on Edan today. If you are around, I might chat/bounce ideas off of you, if that is alright.

LDS is short for Latter-Day Saint, which is short for The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints, which is also known as the Mormons! So it will be a religious
mission, where I get to go and teach people who are interested in learning more.

I should be around, if you want to chat or anything. Off and on throughout the
afternoon, probably, since I think some friends want to get together.
But I'm always down to bounce ideas around ^^

Sure! Hopefully I can describe it adequately, I may have forgotten ^^;
Okay so we start off with the basic human form, right. She's upright on two legs, etc.
Dragon scales would have rippled out over her body, making most of her skin almost
armor-like. It would also change her physique slightly from that of a human, especially
in her legs, which would be more like mini dragon-legs so that she could form a tail.
The scales would reach past her neck and then sort of blend weirdly into her face,
because she wouldn't know how to change things like nose and mouth without going
full dragon. Kind of like this, but more so, and coming up from below as well. On her
arms, the scales would go about three-fourths of the way down until they faded out
with a few inches of half-skin-half-scale, and her hands are currently full human.
Her feet, hmm. I kind of imagine them being fully clawed, which would totally freak
her out and cause her to lose balance, most likely (feel free to totally use that to
your advantage in your post). And I think that about covers it? Her body itself is
also scaled, but she has a shift on so it's not really visible.
Basically she's hideous and has no idea what's going on ^^
