I'm not sure, I'd say town because everyone knows everyone, but I'd also say city because of all the rich people and Chole doing what she does to get by. City would probably fit better, or maybe in the suburbs?

My dad took me to the mall and there were two stores that were not there before...
One sold tea, pocky, mochi, and lolita accesories. The other had every anime, trading card game, video game, and musics I could want. I finally bought the only studio ghibi film I have never seen. Words can not describe how happy this all makes me. ajdsfgsajfgsajfgajfdshgfjsfgdsuy ...that is all ^^
