                                          ⑳②⑤
Political tension had never been higher within the world than in this year as terrorist attacks were more frequent, and within six months, the world began to move its troops to dangerous locations. As the political power of peace decreased, the world entered the first ever simultaneous economic depression.

                                          ⑳②⑦
All treaties of peace were void. Trade stopped. All counties recalled their citizens and deported all non-citizens to their native countries, further deteriorating the last bit of peace the world had with other nations. All communication to and from other countries ceased leaving America in the dark. Only certain individuals were aloud such privileges such as contact outside the country.

                                          ⑳③③
With the threat of war hanging in the balance, the United States began using their own resources to build what came to be called as ‘bunkers.’ These things were designed to resist nuclear war underground and in the high altitudes of the mountains. Billions of dollars later, only a handful of bunkers were made. Non-profit organizations began pulling resources together such as canned food, crops, animals, and other things humans would need to survive. Other groups began gathering historical artifacts such as paints, books, the constitution, etc., while still other groups gathered schooling material to educate the children of today and the future.

                                          ⑳③⑧
An attack took the United States by surprise as two nuclear bombs hit San Diego and Sacramento, and the wind channels pushed the nuclear air east, toward the rest of the country. The United States retaliated and sent out its own nuclear bombs, hitting major cities throughout the world.

                                          ⑳③⑨
Violence erupted as civilians panicked to get into bunkers before the nuclear waste came closer. However, six months after the nuclear war started, it ended with the vast majority of the population dead. Only five percent of the population remained in the United States

                                          ⑳④④
Systems were quickly put into place in the bunkers. People were put to work in various jobs which changed over the years. Laws were put into place, one of the strictest being birth rate due to limited food, medical, space limitations.

                                          ⑳④⑨
The bunkers stabilized in jobs and population status, however, a major flaw was accounted for as hundreds of people got sick, and often died. Bunkers reflected most of the nuclear waste, however, those who lived closest to the outer walls were susceptible to the waste. The percent of the population that didn't die from it gain extra ordinary abilities that were not able to be controlled.

                                          ⑳⑤⑤
A forth of the bunkers were attacked randomly by abominations of nature. Giant cockroaches roamed the now desolate and toxic United States. The nuclear waste mutated them, as humans found out. Standing at ten feet tall, with hard-as-metal-shells, their intelligence capacity was far greater than that of a humans. They were stronger, faster, and smarter, and began ridding the world of humans for good. There seemed to be no hope left, except for the humans with ‘gifts.’ They seemed to be able to ‘handle’ fighting against them, although it was hard, so yet another system was put into place.

                                          ⑳⑥⑤
Half of the population was now gifted, but humans were still losing the war. With the nuclear waste slowly clearing, humans began to understand the extent of the damage and mutation. Certain rodents mutated into larger, more vicious, and deformed ‘things.’ Rats were among the mutated, which cockroaches tamed and road on. About two percent of the once human population had mutated into vial creatures with appetites and physical features of the worst kind.

                                          ⑳⑦①
Forty-six years since the war, the United States became stable enough for humans to walk out of the bunkers with minimal protection. Gifted humans seemed to be affected less than normal humans, although it is unclear why.
