I was looking up roles earlier today
and I actually saw a role that sounds similar to the Sandwich Maker. surprised
It's called the Baker.
Each round, the Baker gives someone some bread.
And if the Baker dies,
the village has 3 days to kill the mafia
before everyone starves to death.

well my friends and i always just had the sammich maker make sammiches for no reason, BUT LET'S DO THAT

Unfortunately, we don't really have a lot of people. xD
So I think we should save it for another time
when we've rounded up a bigger group.

I think if this works out well and people are interested in doing it again,
I'll wait to see how many people sign up
before we decide roles and such.
Then we can all discuss it together.

No, that's just the Baker.
The sammich maker is just for fun.
There are no consequences for the sammich maker.

This makes me think that we could turn this into something more interesting, though...
Still separate from the Baker of course.
But... the Sammich Maker can be Mafia or Townsperson,
and if he's Mafia, his sandwiches are poisonous
(but the recipient gets to decide if they want to eat it or not;
if they do, then they die; if not, then nothing happens)
and he also doesn't get to kill with the other Mafia,
so he's like a separate Mafia dude, killing on his own with sammiches.
But if he's a Townsperson, then his sammiches are good and have some benefit,
but I haven't thought up what that would be yet.
But still, the recipient decides whether or not to eat the sammich.

I guess the only trouble is that there'd have to be alternative explanations for deaths,
because if someone dies by sandwich (and no one knows it's by sandwich)
then they'll just assume it was by sandwich if there's no other reason to die
(since it'll be obvious when people die by Mafia attack or by lynching).
Or there could be two sammich makers, good and bad.
