I feel like the team should be:

Korra = Robin
Bolin = Beast Boy
Asami = Cyborg (because of inventions)
Mako = Raven and Jinora = Starfire or the other way around

Who do you think should be who?

I agree with your assessments based on personality/team role. But I think the artist was maybe going more for similarities in appearance. (Mako looks the most like Robin, Korra is Starfire because glowing eyes, etc.)

Pretty sweet crossover art tho! ^_^
