Most places have negative votes ._.; no matter how nice the people inside are. You're gonna wind up ticking someone off for no reason or for turning them down for a valid reason. It's the same with our mini shop, we have alot of negative votes because people try to scam us out of stuff (like once we sent an order twice, the second time I thoroughly checked over twice myself and had someone else look it over after me and the person still said things were missing when I KNOW they weren't)
