Ah, it's about whether I agree with this scenario:
A pair of Deaf parents have a deaf daughter and they don't want to get her cochlear implants which would enable her to hear things (although not to normal hearing levels of non-deaf).
They'd like her to grow up in their Deaf culture.

And the opposite view is that denying the child the implants is a form of child abuse because they are depriving her of the sense of hearing.

And I really support the parent's decision. Since they are happy with their culture and it's probably safer to let the kid decide for herself if she wants implants when she's older. :3
