Some general information about how I run commissions

Media - All commissions and art will be done digitally. This is because cost of shipping traditional media requires real money (i.e., not Gaia gold). I can, however, do a traditional piece and then scan it in (by request).

Subject Matter - I like to leave this open to whatever you wish me to do. I don't usually have a problem with requests, but one thing I refuse to draw is hard nudity, porn, yaoi, shounen-ai, hentai, or anything else falling into this category. Soft nudity/artistic n***s are okay.

Poses - I don't usually have a problem with this either. Actions and stills are fine. If I have a problem with any sort of pose, I'll let you know. Again, I refuse to draw anything pornographic.

Characters - Avatars, personal characters, and fan art fall into this category. I'm open to draw almost anything, granted you provide me with enough information. A character sheet is provided below so you can get the most out of my abilities.

Landscapes/Architecture - This is with regards to landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes, spacescapes or whatever-scapes being the main subject in a picture. I can usually draw anything, so long as you provide me with enough information in your request.

Backgrounds - These can range from simple to complex. Again, I'm open to do almost anything.

Coloring - I can do flat color (color filled in with no shading), cell shading (color with shading, but no blending between hues), and full blended color (color with full tonal range that give the most 3-D effect).

Pricing Sheet

Everything below pertains to Gaia gold, but I am available to do real-time commissions (the extra cash is nice wink ). PM if you are interested.

The prices below may be on the expensive side, but I assure you that much tender loving care goes into each piece. I try to devote as much time and effort as possible, and I guarantee you will be satisified with the results. Don't believe me? Check out the samples below!

Character Art - Includes avatars, personal characters, and fan art
Line art
Head - 500g
Head and Torso - 1500g
Full body - 2500g
...with flat color - add 500g
...with cell shading - add 1000g
...with blended color - add 2500g

Blended color (without lines)
Head - 3000g
Head and Torso - 4000g
Full body - 5000g

Additional Stuff
...with additional item/character - add 1000g per item/character

...with simple background - add 1000g
...with complex background - add 2000g (more or less depending on what you want me to do)

Landscapes/Architecture - With the landscape being the main focus
Line art (depending on complexity)- 1000-3000g
...with flat color - add 500g
...with cell shading - add 1000g
...with blended color - add 2500g

Blended color (without lines) - 5000g

Additional Stuff
...with simple foreground (characters or other items) - add 1000g per item/character
...with complex foreground - add 2500g per item/character (more or less depending on what you want me to do)

The final product will be approx. 1000 x 1000 pixels. If you want larger, please let me know. I usually work at a very large size and then size them down when I am finished, so it wouldn't be difficult to give you the larger size.

Payment

First off, if you want any sort of variance from the list above, contact me via PM or email, and I will be happy to discuss it.

When you commission me, I will discuss with you the price and subject that you want me to draw. When we lay this down, I will send you a thumbnail sketch of the idea for your approval.

When you like what you see, I will wait for your payment. When I receive your payment only then I will finish your request and send it to you via email (or any other means if you specify). This is to assure both you and me that there will be no ripoffs or stealing.

I am fair and honest, and I expect you all to be.

**Also remember that requests may take awhile to complete. I try to put the most time and effort into a piece as possible, so it may take longer to complete. But I can guarantee you will be pleased with the results! biggrin **

I can refuse any commission. I promise it will be for a legitimate reason, but whatever it is I'll let you know why.

I can use any piece in my portfolio, if I chose to do so. However, you retain all the rights to your character.

Ahh, I know which one you're talking about. That was sort of an experiment for me. I'm not really that comfortable doing pixel art, so I'm going to have to say no. Sorry, I just don't want to botch up a commission piece. Maybe one day when I get the hang of it. wink

But I'm still open to do line art and paintings.
