I got the most silly and amazing thing for my birthday.
A peacock fan. xd I have no idea where could I use it, but I love it. So fluffy and decadent.

The hair is waist length and usually in a bun.
I'm not looking for an accurate portrait of me. I understand that would be too optimistic. But stylized with the general idea of me in mind would be nice. Like, the glasses and hair. Something chibi and cute would be great too. Good MSPaint as well. ^^
What am I buying:
Any technique and style as long as
- it looks appealing
- the ratio of price and quality is decent
- will be done in a reasonable amount of time
I won't go to your shop or auction, I won't fill out forms or go to waitinglists.
If you draw me without my consent, I'll consider it a freebie and might tip what I think it is worth.
