I have a hard time getting to sleep but tend to be dead to the world for forever if left alone.
But I never feel rested.
It's like I never get into my REM cycle or something. = n=

Ahh! A lot of people are switching to the economical side-loaders. Though, those high efficiency ones are a bit rambunctious. At least you don't have to crank it, right?



I would put my money on that as well. I've never had much trouble sleeping, and it's funny to know that whenever a particular music artist plays, my entire family nods off. You know...a friend of mine mentioned recently that he is sleeping much better after thinning the stress in his life. He said that if he could do it all again, he would just sleep more and not have stressed about things out of his control. The anxiety of exams and family wore him out.
I must admit, his mood is greatly improved.

Biggest problem is, I'm subconsciously anxious.
I've had a full night brain scan.
They basically did a stress level scan of my brain while sleeping.
I'm even anxious when unconscious.
My brain never relaxes.
Chronic anxiety doesn't stem from anything in particular, sadly.
It's just constant anxiety for no reason.
The best I can do is manage it.
And try not to get things to add to it.
But it takes it's toll on my ability to sleep.
Especially when life gets bad.
