Streaming suggestions?

Anyone have any good suggestions for places I can stream art with a decent chat service? Last time I streamed was probably 3-4 years ago on Livestream. Do people still use that or is there somewhere else preferred for art? Anyone know anything about Picarto.tv?

I use picarto and its pretty good. Open broadcaster is 1000X better than livestreams podcaster and lets you use custom display settings, such as only recording a certain window or displaying a image instead of your screen(if you don't want people seeing your desktop or want to let people know you're afk). I'm not 100% on the chat. since nobody watches my streams. It does allow mods and banning though.There"s a premium membership, but it's only if you want stuff like multi-streaming.
