I've noticed that you created two threads in the same forum with very similar topics. Just to let you know, it's not a good idea to do that anywhere on Gaia as you might get pulled up for spamming.

Anyway, your art is cute, but it's not particularly exceptional. Most people could probably manage the same thing with MS Paint and a few minutes if they wanted to. It also looks a bit odd that you gave some parts a thick black outline and others no outline at all. However, if you wanted to make some gold off it and weren't charging too much (I'd say 50-200g), I'm sure you'd find people who were willing to buy. Alternatively, you could visit the Art Freebies forum and do some commissions for free which will help you improve.

Since it's ratings you're after, why not also submit directly to the Art Arena itself to get more feedback?
