Very nice just needs some practice but its good as you can see in my sig i can only do head shots gonk gonk

from the looks you are to a good start...the pose looks a little boring though...his right arm looks to be bent a little awkward... and the coloring could use some touching up...there is too much contrast between the shadows and mid tones...other than that I would suggest working on proportions...an art book may help...but keep at it...
