Digitally painting

I've been working on digitally painting over the past couple of weeks, since I'm trying to break away from just paper and pencil. This was the first attempt I had at it that I was actually pretty pleased with, but since I'm still very new to it, I was hoping anybody with experience in it could give me some critiques and shoot me some tips/advice if they have any.

(Right now I'm just focusing on the head/hair and I'm going to slowly work my way through the rest of the body/clothing, so that's why I've left all that rough.)

pretty good ^^ i like it so far

thinkgs to watch out for:

her right (our right) eye needs some touching up. her iris is supposed to be looking off more to the right and it looks bigger than the left. her eyes are over all big, however, i don't really see it as too much of an issue.

her mouth could be a bit bigger. watch that wrist. looking too thin.
