I think the shading is really really dark. For instance, the shading directly underneath her breasts. Makes her look like she's pressed up against a window or something. There needs to be more of a gradiant (no, not the filter) to the colours. And there's a serious lack of highlights on the clothing.

But the drawing itself is quite cute, and your colouring on the hair and eyes is very well done!
