Technically, no. It's multiple, and typed as spoken. The apostrophe in "it's" is combining "it" and "is". Technically, the sentence "if it haven't of been..." Of something means "belonging to", and therefore doesn't fit there. What you're writing is the sound of "hadn't've" meaning "If it had not have been for".
