I do:
Short hair / straight hair / 'easy hair', else I have to oversimplify too much for the sake of the pixel (sorry bbs)
Horns / tails
Cute / edgy / scary / sexy etc.
Mechanical limbs (if you don't mind me simplifying) / eyeballs / bits and bobs
Minimal blood/gore

I don't do:
Wings
NSFW / 18+
Uh
I think that's about it
