General-Commander Yamamoto was killed.
His position was filled by Shunsui.

Second Division:
Sui-Feng is still alive.

Third Division:
Rose was zombified by Giselle.

Fourth Division:
Unohana was defeated and killed by Kenpachi so he could fully awaken his power.

Fifth Division:
Shinji is okay.

Sixth Division:
Byakuya got better.

Seventh Division:
Komamura became a reverse-werewolf, removing his heart from his body to awaken more of his powers. He considers himself sorta-undead.

Eighth Division:
Shunsui was promoted to First Division. Captain position currently vacant.

Ninth Division:
Kensei was zombified by Giselle.

Tenth Division:
Both Hitsugaya and Matsumoto were zombified by Giselle.

Eleventh Division:
Kenpachi is perfectly fine.

Twelfth Division:
Mayuri is okay.

Thirteenth Division:
Ukitake is fine.

Royal Guard/Division Zero:
Apparently unkillable so far.

Dead ratio: 5 out of 13 : 38.5%

I'm pretty sure unless he's been healed/being healed, I don't think he's "perfectly fine." Didn't he have several broken bones and ruptured organs after the battle with Gremmy and is most likely still laying in that crater Team Bambi left him in?
