D: yes dehydration is very bad~~ especially when you get hooked up to an iv overnight and they pump you full of fluids .___.;; i REALLY hate needles

I'm used to being in a hospital,
my brother ends up there quite a bit.
Something about his blood..
he's actually at the hospital right now having a surgery.
He's getting his spleen removed.
o__O

I just can't swallow pills. If it's those little plastic capsules I just open the capsule and eat the powder with a banana
(doesn't work that well but it takes away some of the nasty aftertaste)
