Not really, in all actuality. Considering the licking of a cheek/forehead/lips is something a lot of animals do to be both friendly and get to know one another. Plus, saying they were 'humping' was false, considering a huggle or snuggle is closer to the act of 'humping' than a simple lick.

Not necessarily, huggle or snuggle is something animals do as well be it an act of affection or kindness. Fox's, Panda's, and other animals do it.

It is physically closer to 'humping' than licking, due to the fact that more parts of the body are touching in the form of a huggle or snuggle, than when a tongue is touching one part of the body. Huggle/snuggle = most of the body is coming into contact with another object. Licking = the tongue is touching one other object. My statement remains; a huggle/snuggle is closer to humping than licking. Granted.
