I'm glad I got the chance. I got really wrapped up in getting Autumnside done and almost didn't remember to come by and see if you'd started it up. sweatdrop

I love mac&cheese, but the boxed stuff tastes really plasticky to me. I've been going through recipes trying to find a good one that tastes good and isn't super-complicated. I think I might have one with this one -- although you have to bust out the blender to make it, it goes together in about 20 minutes with about 45 for baking. mrgreen It's different -- it has buttermilk in the sauce. Should be interesting!

That's good. It's also good with chili in it. mrgreen Or those little smokie sausages.

I have a recipe that puts edamame in it, and that's tasty too, but the sauce in that recipe *really* doesn't work. It gets all clumpy. Ick. So, still seeking good mac&cheese sauce.
