Has it really been 12 years already? Wow, time sure flies, huh? It seems like only yesterday I was sneaking out of history class to sign into Go-Gaia.com in the school library. Now like look how old we all are.

Man, I've been here since 2009, and I can remember every phase. The noob phase (shudders), the greedy-for-gold phase, and the beautiful friends phase. But I dunno, I guess I got fed up with not having the amazing items that the richer people had and started hacking. My account was rightly deleted, and I swore I wasn't gonna come back to Gaia. But this website kind of grew on me and I came back in spite of it. Now I earn my gold the right way, and I'm just amazed by how much it has grown.
I'm not impressed by the fact that users have to pay for everything that's desirable. Honestly, make staying on this website worth my time.

A friend was on the site often and told me bits and pieces about it. One day she read aloud from an rp she was joining and I was captured. Very soon a character leapt almost fully formed into my head, and I had to join. First the site, then apply for the guild, then apply for the rp, write my first character profile, and then my first post. So much of something special. Thank you. This is a really great site.

Been watching and playing on Gaia from my older sister's account since 2005 and started my own account around 2007-2008.

I really love Gaia. It is the best Internet Home I could even dream of~! Great staff, events, stories, and games (zOMG!).

Even though I wasn't here for all 12 years, I still wish Gaia a Happy 12th!!
