Hey Zexion! I'm doing good! So a LOT happened, including moving into a new state to live on my own and even got engaged! Woohoo! So Happy haha! But other than that, I'm still focusing on my art career and trying to save up for a Cintiq. It's like a computer where I can directly draw onto the monitor, like pencil on paper. It's really cool, expensive.. but totally worth it! Alright enough about me, how have you been?! I feel like we should use other social medias to chat since we, sadly, both don't go on Gaia much anymore.. LOL xD

To be honest, I just want it to be done and over, with this course more than anything right now. I'd love to have any job that involves working with animals but I'm not sure where to go to follow that path and if I will..

The GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is pretty much our goto place in Ontario for stuff like that conventions, art, culture, etc. I'm sure there are alot of cities in the United States like it though
I can't see the picture btw :p but I googled it and I know the ones mrgreen Those are macarons and the other macaroons are the coconut based ones.

The China town here is just a little Chinese prominent area lotta Cantonese speaking people like my grandma, it's basically treated like Cantonese is the primary language there and English, Korean etc as all in 2nd most of the store fronts are primarily in Cantonese & Korean text but it's still fun to look around they sell some if you go deeper in they may have (cough cough questionable material) Like games that aren't localized, consoles, anime, cheesy Chinese kung fu movies and pretty much anything Made in China(So pretty much everything lol) We always go to buy Noodles and Curry/Chow-siu (bbq pork) Buns though and I always grab a drink to try out them all there too I spent like 10 mins trying to open one of those glass bead bottles for the first time crying xd

So much different food to try there though and stuff I definitely wouldn't see out here in the boonies whee also did you know Arizona iced tea makes all these other flavours like orange, mango, strawberry etc (I didn't crying ) we only get iced tea and fruit punch at places like walmart and convenient stores btw I like arizona iced tea just so you know lol

And nah I get what you mean I do like the solitude of being able to go outside and not see anyone or only just 2 people.
And you you don't sound racist how else would you describe a person who's Mexican, Black or Asian. In my little town I'm surrounded but German, Swedish and French a rather fair skinned town that's kind of a retirement place to live.

Only a few weeks, then I'll be on my last semester. It'll be over in January.
Yeah same I'm still trying to find uses of my time :p, I've got some assignments to do gathering samples of insects, fish and aquatic plants :p over the summer for a course I haven't even been to yet lol.
I have to do it soon though cause my license from the ministry's gonna expire and I won't be able to.

blaugh btw what kind of macaroons are we talking about here the ones with coconut shavings or the pastry ones? I've tried them before in a China town, and you have little Tokyo's? Like little Italy's and such? I'm assuming it's like a China town but with less China-dian people? emotion_awesome But I've never been to one so surprised
We kinda moved into a small town so the most diverse thing we have here is a Walmart lol also I think I'm one of like 12 people here that aren't completely white lol (exaggerating a little) But mostly European people here like Polish and German.

And for the summer I was thinking of going to Fan Expo, and finish my collecting work for college. It takes forever gonk gotta preserve them in alcohol and press the plants, it's too bad I gotta kill the fish for this assignment :p wish I could just do a scale sample or take pictures, so yeah I think that's gonna take up most of my time sweatdrop

Also I have like 15 jars of dead fish in my room gonk (Weird assignment I know)

lol no need to apologize. I don't go on Gaia that often anymore, too haha. There are some games you can play on Mac and Windows. Most of them are aimed towards Windows though, so you are good. smile

Yes, I've heard of E3! There's also GDC (Game Developer's Conference) and it's also like E3, but bigger. The only downside, is that it's up all the way in San-Fran. >< I've never been to E3, although I got the tickets for free with the help of school, but I ended up not going, because I was waiting for my friend to get out of work so we can go together, but by the time he got off, it was already too late to go.. sad I did go to GDC, however, with a group of friends. We rented a huge van and went there together! It was so awesome! There's also parties after the day, and we got to see Skrillex perform! If you have Facebook, I can show you the pictures! biggrin But yeah, my friends and I are thinking of going to E3 next year though. Will you be there then? It'd be cool if we can finally meet haha! xD

I'm almost done with school. I'm in my last quarter now, so I'm mainly focusing on my portfolio. So close to graduating! EEEE! Tram's doing fine. She's just working at the moment, but she's trying to find another job, because the one she's at now is making her do too much labor. :/ And yeah, I'm the older sister lol. xD

And Currently I've got Aquatic Studies, Technical Reporting, Chemistry, Limnology III (I don't know where 1 and 2 went) , Vector GIS, and Data Management for ENRS (but thats just math really) lol

I've only ever seen a moose once in person sweatdrop It's been around >18ºC here which is like 64ºF, but yeah usually it only goes up to around 24-ishºC maybe 32 on a hot year which is like >70 in º F
It rarely goes above the 30's here or at least I don't notice xp
(This is Southern Ontario were talking about though)

It's been raining a lot here recently, but it kinda just suddenly became summer here just 4 weeks ago we still had snow on the ground.

I couldn't really get into FF 13 every time I try to I just stop playing 1/2 way though the 1st on that is. lol just because of Noel, and yeah the 3rd one just becomes a really bad Kingdom Hearts that makes no sense at all.

Also I think Alvin's one of my favourite characters in all the Tales games emotion_c8 , and I think my favourite Tales was Symphonia, I've never played Abyss I was just naming some off lol and isn't Grace F the rare Wii one I've never seen it in a store :p but I've heard of it?

Yeah the Persona Golden animated I was kinda thinking ummm so it's just gonna be the same thing with 1 more character and a Ski resort?
I'm not sure how I feel about that either.

You haven't been to Canada right? So you wouldn't know about the Tundra demons that start rolling in during July emotion_awesome Also at 21 they send me out on a ice flow to die lol
lol but really July's just a hot humid mess of a season here it's not all that nice unless your have a cottage to escape too :p
Also hope your not having bad weather in your area I've been seeing alot of damage in the United States because of floods and mudslides xp
And in Canada the drinking age is 19 and 18 in Quebec, but drinking and driving is also a criminal offence here :p regardless I don't drink. I can barley finish a cup of the stuff. It tastes like medicine to me talk2hand

Nah, I still have 1 year to go I took a year off because I felt overwhelmed xp I did take a course online and worked but it was getting to me for a while because I went strait from high school into college and then stayed for the summer, but I could preach all day and I'd rather not mrgreen

But yeah all I can say is if you take the initiative and the school gives you the opportunity take it, there's no better way to learn then by experience, even if you crash and burn.

Also when I said "not impressed" I was referring to me with my school, not with "Attack on Titan" lol I guess that was lost in translation, and I haven't finished AOT yet I'll get around to it hopefully it doesn't end up like me and Black Cat / Tsubasa I never finished those :p When my friend lent me them sweatdrop

And I was in College up till about the start of February they I finished my courses and now I gotta start again, because I need them done this year. xp

I've been all flustered getting ready for College which starts in 2 weeks may I add. I was going to be going back in fall semester but they just decided to tell me: "oh we don't do this course in Fall, you can do it in summer though because we have some openings still emotion_awesome "
