Unlike most vocaloids Mikuo's headgear can make different noises depending on his mood, a high pitched static noise for when he is annoyed or angered and soft humming when pleased. His hard drive is still very basic, constantly scanning and searching for the right words and emotions to use for different things. When angered he tends to speak very much like a computer, using pauses when not needed and using words like "error", "searching". and "program error".
As an outcast he keeps his distance from the other Vocaloids, for their safety and his own.
