Underground of Chaos

The organization is known as the Underground of Chaos, or UOC for short. It is headed by Zander Tekashi, and he is stoutly backed by Mikau the Elementalist, along with other individuals. UOC functions on many levels: as an espionage network, an illegal trade of blackmail information, and a secret science society dedicated to eight forces known as Chaos Deities. UOC's personnel are highly trained and specialised in many areas, from spy-work to frontal assaults, and many have taken into themselves an amount of elemental magic.
