what you said about the skeletons reminded me of a comedian. his response was that any god that would mess with people like that to "test" them is one eff'ed up god. I would have to agree.
I guess I had forgotten turok was a game too. wasnt it a 1st person shooter?

what modern people deny the existence of dinosaurs?
religious people? People like that are ignorant even of their own history and teachings and I dont count the opinions of the ignorant. I tried reading the original and rebooted Turok but I could never really get into it. No, actual paleontology is digging up very big rocks very very slowly. It can take 5 to 10 years to clean one skeleton. I prefer studying them in books and drawing them.

Always loved dinos. knew most of the names before i could even read. guess i still like them because that far back the earth was a completely different planet. even the air was different.
that and the ocean are as close as we'll ever get to alien worlds.

Ive heard rumors of what Spielberg wants to do and no it sounds even worse than cloning dinosaurs from emus and frogs.
the dinosaurs were cool, the movies were awful, sort of like the Transformer movies - loved the robots hated the movies.
