Charity/Quest Forums

I know for a fact my sister's only allow you to ask for a donation if you have over 100posts...others have other speculations. A LOT require you to have a quest thread o.0' I recommend browsing around and seeing what you can find. It helped me when I was questing.

May I recommend setting up a quest in the charity/quest thread area? You might get charities to donate to you then, as your dream is rather cheap and easy to obtain.
