Haaay, gurl.
So. I fixed your UTAU's oto.ini. Your voicebank should sound less jumpy now. IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT, IT WAS MINE.
I was lazy, so I just used the oto for my UTAU on yours. xD It turns out our voices are very different.
Yeah. I MADE IT WITH MY LOOOVE~ ; A ;

Oto.ini

It will ask you which program to open it with. I'd assume that it'd automatically choose Notepad, but if it doesn't... choose Notepad. xD
You go to your UTAU folder < voices < Parkerloid.
Find your oto.ini, and move it to your desktop. (If you don't like your new oto.ini, you can just delete it and put your old one back in. If you do like your new one, you can delete your old one.)
Put your new oto in your Parkerloid file, and done.

Ah, yeah. If they're somewhat cheap, you should get the dark blue ones. Because the cheap light blue ones probably will show your eye color.
