James sputtered and gazed up at Naoto in sheer disbelief, but Claudia came to his rescue in record time. She was pulling Naoto away. "Naoto, it's fine. Really. I'm just glad he's eating. In his mental state," Claudia stopped and regarded James for a moment, then went back to eyeing the other female. She smiled and placed her hands on Naoto's cheeks. "But your care touches me."

While the two women mingled, James decided he'd finish the rest of his breakfast.

"Su-" Claudia stopped. Was it really appropriate to continue calling him that? She was trying to seduce the man, after all. She cleared her throat and called out "James, we're back!" instead. There was grunt from the kitchen. Apparently he hadn't bothered to wait for them, but instead had begun eating alone.

Claudia stopped walking and turned to face Naoto. They were right outside James' house now. "That's fine. We're both learning here," she said reassuringly. "Now how about we go in and eat?"

Claudia was silent for a moment. From the look on her face, one could deduce that she was trying to decide if she should say something or not. Eventually it seemed that she had decided to go out and say whatever it was. "I... have... never experienced intercourse," she admitted slowly. "I suppose I'll have to... study up on it. So that when... or if the time comes, I'll be ready to pleasure him."

The blond priestess looked up when Naoto confessed to feeling comfortable enough to tell her such things. This caused Claudia to smile.

Claudia blinked. She had never thought of Sunderland as a pervert. He seemed decent enough with the time that she had spent with him. And he was decent even when he journeyed through Silent Hill, sweetly oblivious to the fact that Claudia and the rest of the Order had been watching. But... he was a male after all. Maybe what Naoto had said was true. But Claudia still wasn't too comfortable with the idea of showing much more skin.

"I... suppose I will have to find what it was Mary possessed," Claudia mused. "Surely there was a trick behind it. She didn't seem like the kind to cater to her husband's need of intercourse every night. She was a decent woman. Maybe a personality. Emotions, as you put it."

Claudia glanced at Naoto's chest when her scar was talked about. She was interested in knowing the story behind how it came to be, but Naoto had said herself that it was a touchy subject for her. Claudia would just have to respect this. "A man should love every part of you."

"He wants to see me in a dress?" Claudia spared a glance down at the dress she was already wearing. Does this not count as one? Maybe they are merely robes... she thought. She looked back at Naoto and smiled slightly. "I am supposed to be the loving housewife. The temptress is you. Maybe we should get you a more provocative attire while we're there."

What Naoto said made sense, but here Claudia was thinking that cooking and cleaning would be enough to steal away a man's heart.

"I... I don't have time for such things. Usually. But he's commented on my clothing. Apparently he doesn't like it. I was hoping you'd shop with me for clothes he'd be more comfortable with."

Claudia blushed at the thought of James being perverse as she slept. "No, he didn't. Our night was uneventful. I was in the living room and he was in his own bed. I didn't want to make him uncomfortable. He's been kind enough to me, though."

Claudia stopped mid-step (she had been just about to leave) but smiled back. "A good morning to you as well. I was wondering if you'd care to join Sunderland and I for breakfast. He was getting dressed when I left. He may even be eating right now," she paused. "I was also wondering... if you could come shopping for clothes with me later."

Claudia glanced at the piece of paper in her hand and proceeded to knock on Naoto's door. That man had best not lied to me. Or... maybe I hadn't given out that best of a description. 'Young woman with short black hair'... Claudia sighed and ripped up the paper. If she littered then surely God would frown upon her, so Claudia threw the shredded paper bits into the garbage can nearby. She went back to stand outside Naoto's door and knocked again.

Apparently I'm taking on the role of a 'maid', Claudia thought to herself as she began breakfast. The thought amused her. Maybe, if she was to be a maid, she should dress as such. But sadly her robes were the only clothes she had. Maybe she'd have to go ask Naoto for some, or for Naoto to go shopping for her. Claudia knew for a fact that a lot of places wouldn't let her in just because she didn't wear shoes. How cruel the world was.

Claudia smiled and decided to wake James up. Quickly of course. She didn't want their breakfast to get burned.

James slowly opened his eyes to see Claudia looming overhead. She smiled sweetly, but to suddenly see a woman standing next to your bedside would creep anyone out. James slowly got out of bed. "What are you doing, watching me like that? Why didn't you wake me up instead of just standing there?"

"Oh, but I did," Claudia assured him. It was true. He was sleeping deeply until she had shaken him a bit. She'd just waited for him to fully awaken on his own after he made some groans. Claudia gave him another smile and left the room for him to dress. Maybe she'd invite Naoto over for breakfast.

Claudia set out their breakfast and left the house. Naoto was probably staying at the apartments on the other side of the street. She headed there.

"I knew she was a holy woman," James mumbled to himself, referring to Claudia by her. When he saw Naoto closing in, seemingly to kiss him somewhere, James immediately became nervous. Even more so when she decided against the kiss, but lingered close anyway. Just feeling her hot breath against his forehead caused James to redden again. "I... I'll do as you say. I'll see you around... I guess? B-Bye for now, Naoto."

James turned around and began walking towards his house, not even bothering to look back at Naoto again. He didn't want her to see him with such a red flush on his face. It was very unmanly, and he already had enough people mocking his nervousness.

James turned red. "I-I did no such thing!" he shot back, though it sounded more like an embarrassed squeak.

But the hug and reassurance that she'd still be coming over set him at ease. After the short time that they'd been together, James had to admit that he had become quite attached to Naoto. She made life fun. "You, uh... Well... I'm going to miss you living with me." James said as he looked away. He was trying to play the cool act, but the faint red on his cheeks slashed any chances of that.

"So she's like a... maid? But those weird robes she's wearing... she... dresses like a holy woman... and she sure likes to talk about God," James ran a hand through his hair. "So... does that mean you're not coming back?" Regardless of whether he wanted it to or not, his voice hinted a bit of disappointment.

James opened his mouth to speak, but he only had the ability to stutter out sentence fragments. "In house - lady - cooking food - how did - why aren't - Naoto!" he pointed a finger towards the house and swallowed. After a moment, he tried again. "There's some woman in my house. I d-don't know how or why she's there. Where did you go?!"

It wasn't that James missed her, heavens no. He just... wasn't comfortable with the sudden roommate-swap.

James ran out of his house and frantically looked around for Naoto. The strange blondie in his kitchen was starting to scare him. Where the hell had she come from? And how had she gotten into his house in the first place? James shuddered. His life was just getting stranger and stranger.

( rur. Instead, I've decided I'll be on James, but RP both him & Claudia.
... I'll still type them a fan fic, though. ;DDD )
