I'm plateaued right now, but losing more will help get me healthy again and bring my blood sugar down. Wrecking my knee caused a lot of problems.

It's getting better. My sugar runs 30-60 points high, I've lost 34 lb. since Xmas (from when I tore up my knee and couldn't get around) and have about 64 to go. Then the sugar should be under control.

It isn't carpal tunnel. It could be partly neuropathy, from diabetes, but the most likely cause is that I was sedentary the first year and a half after wrecking my knee, until it quit giving out without warning, and I got spasma in my back from weak muscles and ptsd.

I usually wear red if not wearing I Am's (generally wear lots of I Am's when playing xzOMG, but my hands have been too numb most of the past year).

Life intervened, what can I say? Things seemed to be gradually leveling out, then Thursday got hit with an irl ton of bricks. Today went really well, but I have stuff to deal with tomorrow. Oh, my!
