Gaia Online may contain robot exclusion headers. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated (1) means to access Gaia Online (2) for any purpose without our express written permission or bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access (3) to Gaia Online.

The robot 0Tyler_sama0 was not an automated robot, because the word automated means:

1. To apply the principles of automation to (a mechanical process, industry, office, etc.).

2. To operate or control by automation.

3. To displace or make obsolete by automation (often fol. by out): The unskilled jobs are going to be automated out.

1) it does not apply, since the robot he was using was not a fully automated robot.

2) All accounts on Gaia is controlled by automation, because it has been programmed, and programming requires automation.

3) The fishing robot which 0tyler_sama0 used did not make the fishing server obsolete, because all the other members were able to fish, and therefore, no “unskilled jobs were automated out”(dictionary.com, 2007).



I hope you will unban 0Tyler_sama0, and few of the fishing hackers, who used the python file, because after reading this, you will see a lot of loopholes. If I were you, I would put partially or fully automated robot instead of just automated.
