im going to try my best to get a job next year, but my mom said i should learn how to do makeup beforehand

so im looking at cruelty free brands but i dont even know where to start xD

primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder, eyebrow thingy, fake eyelashes, mascara, lipstick, highlight, and setting spray.

is that too much? ideally i'd like to spend less than $50.
