    My mama passed away on 07/15/2019 from Pancreatic Cancer.
    My daddy passed away on 09/17/2022 from Cardiac Arrest.
    I found out that I'm pregnant with their 2nd granddaughter (of 6 grandchildren) on 01/01/2023.

Hey, don't apologise. you just had a baby and life has been busy for you. I know you'll get back to me when you can and have the energy. Just take care of you and your lil fam. I'll be here when you can get back to me.

My surgery was a s**t show. It was supposed to be 2 hours max but ended up being 7 hours. They didn't have the right tools and the surgeon decided to yolo it and use what they had. They gave me 2 weeks of tramadol, which was a wild ride. I also period bled all over the operating table. I'm healed now but having jaw joint issues from my mouth being open for 7 hours

It's not life threatening so I get put at the bottom of the list and have to wait my turn. That's the problem with free health care. Sure it's FREE but you wait MONTHS sometimes longer to get things done.
I just want it to be over

I have a stone in one of my salivary glands and it has been constantly infected for like 1 and a half years at this point. Had to wait until jan for a surgeon to come to the hospital close to me. I've been on and off antibiotics for the last 8 months. Which keep giving me massive yeast infections, even inside my mouth.
I had to stop my immunosuppressants because they kept making the infection worse, but cause i'm off of them the health issues they kept at bay are back with a vengeance and worse than they ever were.
I still don't have a DATE but it should be soon.
I would like it to be soon, I have to drain like a table spoon of pus out of the inside of my mouth every day and my saliva always tastes foul

I'm so glad to hear your recovery is going well smile

I'm doing alright. Had a bad flare of my infection again. But I've been moved up the list for surgery so that's going to be in the next week or two biggrin

Christ. That honestly sounds horrible. The pain stuff I mean. Is recovery from that going to be long? I'm not familiar with how long it takes to heal from c section. Mum had one with my brother iirc.

You've got a lot on your plate right now, last thing you need is to hurt yourself. poor thing. That in itself must be stressful.
My mum actually slipped over at the mall in her final month of pregnancy with me and had me that night, 3 weeks early. Not saying that will happen to you of course lol.

Have you had any cravings?

I'm not too bad. Honestly a bit distracted by some wild side effects of a new medication i'm on. I've got to stick out about a month of constant nausea, acid reflux and bloating until my body gets used to it.
But atm i cant even eat toast without pain.

How about you? Hows the pregnancy going?
