Well, first, you would go to the forums. There, you have all kinds of sections to post topics in. Go to the Art Shops forum and create a topic saying that you're selling art, have examples if they want some art, prices, rules, etc. And it'd be great if you could use BB Code to make the page look really nice.
Need help deciding prices for your art? Go to the Pricing and Suggestions forum with some examples of your art ready to show other people!
Maybe you just want to give out freebies? The Art Freebies forum is where you should go to give people your art!
