AP classes DEFINITELY help.
I took a total of 5 in high school so I will purdy much only have to take a math this year.
It's drivin' me crazy waitin' for the test scores though!

Well were I'm goin' it's a purdy heavy class load.
For most other degrees, you'll spend the first two years workin' on core classes and then move on to major courses for the next two years [or however long it takes]. But for a music ed. major, you start off with music classes right away.
But I don't know if that's the case everywhere.

I'm just a flautist at the moment, but I get to learn piano startin' my first semester/year. Kinda lookin' forward to that.
