As you laid back into the water feeling the light waves flowing under you making the water more lively. I held you up with my hands under you. "First lets start by moving your arms. Move them both back wards and stroke through the water. Like this." Moves my right arm under to hold you up as I moved your right arm to give you a little example. "Now lets see you try it." Holds you with both hands again.
