Victor Niguel of Caduceus USA

BIO: Head of research and development. He is a genius and focuses mainly on his work and its uses. He is considered a recluse and can't stand the thought of "idiots" being near him. He is extremely narcissistic, refusing to admit defeat or mistakes, as shown when he fought the Pempti strain of GUILT. Victor often curses while assisting in operations. With the help of Dr. Stiles, he created the cure for the Tetarti (Τετάρτη) and Pempti (Πέμπτη) strains of G.U.I.L.T.
