~24 minutes earlier...

The Green Goblin laughs maniacally shooting at Spider Man with his Desert Eagle, "Give up Spider Boy! I mean... Peter Parker. You have destroyed Oscorp! Shut it down! Killed my experiments! Injured my son, Harry. But now you will pay!". The laughingensues one more and the Goblin successfully shoots Peter in the shoulder. Stunned and Hurt. Peter Parker falls off the Empire State Building and plummets into his doom. The Goblin laughs and throws off Gwen Stacy off his glider not realizing the web that is clogged into one of his tubes. The glider breams and both fall off into their dooms. Peter Parker speeds up his momentum and successfully catches Gwen from the ground below. The Goblin lands into a nearby car and laughs one more, "I will never die Peter! I will kill your family! Your friends! My son! And after you have suffered endless pain. I will----" - The glider picks up on momentum and lands directly into the Goblin. Impaling him into the car's innards killing him. Gunfire rages through the city. Screams of pain are heard from the distance. Spider Man takes his mask off and looks at the unconscious Gwen and shakes her, "Gwen?". Confused he shakes her one more time, "Gwen? Gwendy? Baby!?". Peter realizing the truth screams....

~Now...

Lionel lands near the Empire State Buildint and runs toward the ravaged site. Several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents are seen disposing off the Goblin's body in a container. Looking over to her right she spots a dead Gwen Stacy. Several S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist s are seen as well looking over at Gwen's Body, "Goodbye... Gwen." Lionel mutters. She takes off the parachute and walks towards the Head Scientist, "How did she die? She surely didn't die from that impact. She'd be really smashed up meat right now.". TheScientist looks at her and mutters more focused on his work, "Spider Man ssensed something when he caught Gwen. He sensed her death. But he did not listen to his senses... Gwen was alive when she fell. Due to the speed of her fall
. Gwen's head whiplashed back as Spider Man caught her mid-air. He just caught her. But it was in vain. The speed... It was the speed that killed the beauty.

~An giant explosion ensues at Times Square as Lionel looks on, "s**t.". Running towards the pilot she tells him to alert S.H.I.E.L.D. to evacuate any remaining civilians in N.Y., "Do it now, or I'll kill you.", Lionel grins. Looking over at Jonathan's Cage, "Trust issues? I'm here to help you Jonathan. The Project V that was implemented on you is illegal. Watch me say this. I-lll--eeee---ggaaaalllll. Illegal. We're signing you up for registration as well. Since you got Ms. Gwendolyn Stacy killed 10 minutes ago at the Empire State Building, You got Mary Jane Watson into a coma, and mostly you did damage to a part of New York.". Lionel grabs a parachute and opens the helicopters hatchet, "See you a few days from now. The Battle of New York will be hell. Goodbye Jonathan.", Lionel smiles and blows a sarcastic kiss. She then jumps off...

"The Battle of New York City (Earth 617-7)"

Dozens of S.H.I.E.L.D. Infantries fly over N.Y. pulling in Troops to stop the program- The Sinister 100 Program. A man with blonde hair and rugged facial features looks over at the unconscious duo, "s**t sis. You shouldn't have gone it first." Lionel popped her eyes opened, "No s**t Brent.". Brent laughs and carries his sister up, "What did I tell you Liney? Don't go without me.". Looking up giggling, "I didn't know this would happen a*****e.", Lionel looks at Jonathan, "Take care of him and don't kill him okay? He's old friend.". Brent smiles, "Everything for my little sister.", he drops Lionel off on the heli and disappears into the smoke. Lionel looks on as the Heli flies away.

~Taking in the pain, Lionel screams out and punches Sandman in the face in his human form, "Die a*****e! Augh. You friggin' shits can't die!". Angry, Sandman lashes out his sand arm at Lionel, but it only hits her thigh in the process. Lionel almost into faint, "******** this. I'm calling S.H.I.E.L.D.", Lionel shoots a nearby water tank which hits Sandman. Lionel bashes her remote button and the remote beeps signalling S.H.I.E.L.D's Assistance. The Sandman lashes out once again and hits Lionel in the head, knocking her several feet away into a beauty shop.

In and out... Lionel opens her eyes once more, seeing sand creeping over her slowly depriving her of oxygen. Lionel shuts her eyes once again.

The Green Goblin appears before Gwen and knocks her out taking her to the Empire State Building.

~MJ strikes Deadpool in the eye causing him to loosen his grip as he screams in pain. Falling down, MJ falls directly into one of New York's Buildings. Luckily she fell through the broken ceiling and unto a table. But a fall like that can kill anyone but luckily for MJ, it only took her out and made her faint. Meanwhile... Gwen is looking towards the glass window when she spots the glider. The glider comes in and shatters the glass. Running away, Gwen hides out in the place where the Villain Electro fell.

~The Vulture distracted by MJ's beauty is knocked off the air as Jonathan flings himself towards them. Falling high up in the air, MJ repeatedly shoots her rifle in panic into the air hitting Jonathan w/ it. W/ both very preoccupied. MJ falls down to her doom but a red flash teleports in the air and appears and takes her away. Gwen looking up in horror asks Spider Man to save MJ for she knew that enemy. The enemy which is the mercenary, Deadpool. Gwen hides away in her office in Oscorp.

~"Wait what!?" Gwen replies but is stopped as Carnage's Web flings at her and throws her of roof. Gwen horrified at recognizing her own demise screams then stops. Jonathan scurries over to the edge aghast, sees nothing but the pavement below, "Hey J.". Gwen smiles as Jonathan looks at her stunned. Spider Man is beside her side but... It's Peter Parker. Pete flings the clone of Carnage off the roof as a thud is heard 100 floors below.

~As soon as the two reached the roof, Gwen jumped forward and ran towards the transmitter. She looked at her right and remembered her father's demise, shaking it off to avoid destruction of New York City, Gwen kept running. Gwen climbs the ladder and watches the Destruction of New York City. But she notices something... Something she has learned when she under the tutelage of Dr. Connors... There was Dr. Octopus near Times Square... Another one at Queensboro... Then another carnage at Brooklyn destroying cars as police shoot "it". Gwen goes to the transmitter and pulls a red lever... Oscorp created clones long ago... She knew it for Dr. Connors wanted to teach her everything what was going on in Oscorp. The transmitter radiated a strange red glow, sparks flew and a beam shot out of the sky. Gwen smiled and knew her new plan would work. For her other old plan was to at least paralyze the six... But it was foolish. The new plan was to destroy the clones, or at least some of them.Since she already knew that this wasn't even the beginning. She plopped down and returned to Jonathan, "Take me Times Square. I must get to Spider Man."

~As Gwen is falling, Jonathan/Venom reaches her in time right before she hits the ground. Gwen horrified at Jonathan's Appearance slaps him, "Venom!". Jonathan/Venom explains his secret power to Gwen and she just nods. Gwen looks up, "Carnage... Is up there. I need to transmit something at the top... Help me."

Gwen trips and sprains her ankle but keeps moving on, "s**t. Ouch.. The Ray...", Gwen looks up to the highest floor of Oscorp and heads towards the elevator. She goes in and waits...

"The Ray... The electric transmittor (whatever the spelling is..)..." Gwen mumbles but is immediately stopped after a huge crash waves in behind her. Stunned but still calm, Gwen leans toward the glass wall encasing the elevator and screams. A big mass of flesh with the symbol of a spider appears ramming it's clawed hands on the elevator. Gwen realizes her situation and recognizes Oscorp's former experiments... Carnage. Carnage pokes his hand in the elevator missing Gwen as she ducks to the side but the hands rams towards her flinging her off the glass elevator...

Hanging on a wire. Gwen struggles to hold on as Carnage comes closer and closer as her fingers start to tire out and slip... Gwen falls once again...

~Gwen watched in horror as the black symbiote took over Jonathan's Body changing him into the old villain - Venom. Gwen horrified by Jonathan's transformation hides under the safety of a discarded car. She looks over the street and realizes that Oscorp is 5 blocks away and eventually runs toward it, :"I've got to go there.". Gwen runs away from Jonathan's Position throwing the extinguisher at him in fear, as she is jumping over falling debris and running across water mingled w/ electricity. She eventually gets to the building to find no one there and goes in.

~"Hell no, Tiger." MJ grins and grabs a gun from an unconscious guard. An explosion ensues a block near them. Out from the smoke reveals the Villain, The Vulture. The Vulture spots MJ and grins sexually, licking his lips in the process. MJ cocks her gun and aims at the Vulture, "Go ahead. I can handle this tiger.". MJ grabs her speaker and Iphone from her bag and lets the music flow as she fights head on with the Vulture, "Go!" MJ looks back at Jonathan as she is grabbing the Vulture's foot mid-flight flying them both into the unknown.

5 gunshots are heard from the distance.

Gwen wakes up from her faint and sees Spider Man fighting the Goblin. Both are badly wounded, but the fight keeps going on. Realizing Gwen is in a Department Store. She changes into a cyan coat and a purple print ensemble along w/ black boots. She runs off and gets the extinguisher and goes outside.

~Multiple police cars and s.w.a.t. trucks drived past the destructed restaurant. In the distance several gunshots are heard as well as explosions and energy beams zapping. Screams of civilians echoed through the night as 5 sinister villains attacked different parts of New York. Lionel looked at Jonathan and pointed to at a sign showing coney island. Lionel smiled at both of them, grinned in a way, and threw MJ a med-pack and Jonathan w/ a large plasma rifle. Lionel revved up her Harley and sped away heading towards the Brooklyn Bridge.

The Goblin yanked Gwen upwards as her weight could not bear his glider no more. The Goblin threw bombs while flying hitting major points in the city, as well as blocking several entry points from police. The Goblin through his brash and insane persona. He drops Gwen 40ft. In the air but a Red Spider caught her. It was Spider Man. Spider Man carried Gwen's limp body into a store and ran back outside to finish of the Goblin. Just then a certain motorcycle is heard behind them.

Spider Man yanked Gwen from the rod before the Goblin could even take her. Just as Gwen was falling unto him. A pumpkin bomb exploded right beside them and before spidey could sense. The goblin already took Gwen high up in the skies.
The goblin laughed maniacally and pushed Gwen of his glider. He took out a remote and pushed a button, and explosions were made across the city as well as behind spidey. Gwen woke up from her faint realizing she was falling to her death, she screamed and screamed until it was cut off by a loud thud.

Gwen was thrown off the Empire State Building. Spider Man was killed after hitting a truck that exploded flinging him up in the air and throwing him down, killing him.

Peter stared grimly at the sky and looked at Jonathan. Peter yanked off his clothes in the rubble and smoke revealing the amazing arachnid's suit.

The Night Gwen Stacy Died Part 1~ The goblin yanked Gwen's unconscious body on his glider and heard a crick. He smiled as he watched as Gwen's Leg dangled around almost falling. The Green Goblin flew around New York City exploding each building, even tried almost killing a little girl. If it wasn't for Spider Man pursuing the Goblin. The little girl could have been crushed by the runaway bus into the building. The Goblin leads Spider Man to the Empire State Building, throwing Gwen off tolummet into her inevitable death..

Lionel Scenario: Lionel kept shooting at the Goblin as he went away w/ Gwen Stacy, "s**t!". Lionel pulled out from her purse a remote that looked strangely shield property and pressed it. A modified metal harley davidson bike popped out from the sky and Lionel revved up it's engine.

~Lionel lead Jonathan to Gwen's table and made him stay as she made her way to the Stacy's. Just then an explosion sets off at the entrance knocking down the security guards. A laugh echoes through the room, "s**t." Lionel looked up and grabbed her small revolver hidden under her dress. The laugj was clownlike yet it was insane. Two more explosions occur knocking out Helen and her elder son. From the smoke and rubble emerges the Green Goblin. The maniac b*****d laughs and throws a bomb at MJ, only to be caught by Peter's grasp and tossing it back. Lionel shoots at the goblin and hits his leg. But the injury won't sway the Goblin. The goblin grabs Gwen's younger brother but Gwen punches him but alas takes his place.

Gwen is taken to the brooklyn bridge as the sun sets over and multiple bombs set across the city. The Sinister Six has arrived.

~Lionel looked at Jonathan at walked towards him. Her mini cocktail dress swayed as she made her way towards him. Gwen looked on and smiled. Lionel stood in front of him, "You go by Jonathan now?", Lionel reached for his hand, "Nice to see you partner. Face it tiger, you just hit the jackpot.". MJ glared at Lionel and yelled, "That was my catchphrase!". Lionel looked at her and smiled, "Not now Ginger.". Gwen laughed, so did Peter. Lionel looked at Jonathan again and smiled sweetly, "Shall we go?"

*by-the-events of all the s**t that has happened. Lionel Octavia Richards is now 19, not 14 anymore, and she is now a world renowned oil company president. She inherited it from her father. Chances are she lost her presidency cause' she wanted to implement more women rights and marshmallows dipped in chocolate day.

~4 hours later; Aquavit Restaurant, New York City.

"God, this place got $1000 dollars straight from me." MJ sighed, but still in mid-awe as she looked at the restaurant's interiors. Gwen was with them, along w/ her mother and 2 brothers, "Don't worry MJ. I can pay.". MJ looked at her straight in the eye and held her hand, "It's the least I can do. After you--", Gwen's mother, Helen Stacy, glared at MJ and MJ just sighed and walked away. Peter took pictures of Gwen while she was roaming around waiting for their table. Jonathan was sitting near Gwen's 2 brothers. Gwen approached Jonathan & gave him a bullet, "First shot. Remembrance. It's not much since I just woke up.", Gwen smiled and sat beside him. Gwen wore a light pink dress, layered by a cashmere creamish pull-over. She wore nude flats, accompanied by a gold handbag. Gwen looked at him, "Lionel's going to be here."

The door opened and Gwen took off. Jonathan widened his eyes...

"Lionel."

Gwen slowly makes her way to Jonathan and hugs him, "It's been a while friend.". MJ hugs Jonathan as well and hands him a bullet shell w/ her initials on it, "Call me Tiger.". With that MJ strides away with Gwen along the halls of the hospital. Peter looks at Jonathan and shakes his hand, "Peter Parker. And you? Jonathan--- Something. Anyways, thank you for saving my beloved from the train incident. Well at least half of it. You did good.". Peter leaves the room, leaving a small barrel of red metal near his belongings. A red barrel with the insignia of the...
