Well, the concept of your avatar in the arena is nice. But... Europeans and Japanese kind of hated each other when the Samurai were still around. Before the
Middle Meiji era Samurai were supposed to be of Japanese Descent only. Even the Chinese and S.E. Asians were not permitted to become Samurai or follow Bushido. There were many Europeans who stayed in Japan after they re-closed the islands to the Europeans. Those men who stayed attempted to covet and study with Bushido but found the idea's of Bushido too radical. Those men were later then forced to leave the islands or die by the Tokugawa Shogunate who were purely about keeping Europeans out of Japan, alteast until the American Commodore Perry threatened Japan with war until they reopened another port to the rest of the world for Trade. Still, no Westerners were ever Samurai. There was an American Officer in the mid 1800's that did learn the ways of the Samurai, but that was due to the fact that the Shogunate leader at the time was forceful and very intimidating, trying to leak out tactical information from the Officer. Just a little history lesson.
