Quests are things you can do to attain Gold or some other rewards. Look for them.

As for your b-day, go to 'My Gaia' at the top of the page and click "Account Settings."

You should be able to change it there.

And I am doing better today...I played Silent Hill 2 some more and got the crap scared out of me...but I LOVED it. biggrin
