Neh, i don't think it happens in America. I mean, I heard it's quite common to get B's there. If you get an A, you're considered REALLY good or you worked DAMN hard. And yes, it happens here a lot. Shu yui cried the other day because she got 30/40 questions correct in the Chinese objective paper. It's only considered safe in Chinese if you only got 5 questions wrong, and she got 10, and she wanted all A's, and so she cried. In a way, it's just STUPID. But it's wrong to judge people like that, so i'll just shut up. (zip!)
