It was hard.
It had always been hard for you.
A mutant mind plagued with the voices of the dead, along with the inconsistency of your moods and emotions.
You hid behind a moody deposition, shielding yourself from judgement with sarcasm and rough words.
Even through your first brush with romance, your first experience with flushed feelings; you hid and they faded. Soon after, you closed up even further, losing yourself in the computers you adored. But, it didn't lessen your stress. Quadrants were a necessity, but your feelings lacked the consistency needed to maintain such a relationship. You didn't see much success for yourself within the quadrants, and soon lost interest in romance completely.
