You go to the poems and lyrics section of the arena and click 'submit' or something like that.
then type of copy/paste whatever it is you want to submit and it should be pretty straight forward from that point.

when you buy the hair it will show a little message that says "to put the hair on go to your profile" click the word profile and it will take you to your avi dressing room page and the hair will be on your avi then click 'save changes' and the hair will be on your avi.

*facepalm* you go to the shop called salon Durem and buy new hair though I doubt you will have gold for anything that looks good.
still that's how you would change your avitar's hair.

*You stand alone in a darkened forest, the trees cast thick shadows upon you and you shiver in the freezing night air. You can't remember how you got here, though you may struggle to put bits and pieces together in your mind they just don't seem to fit properly anymore. Thin trickles of silver moonlight call to you as you begin to imagine things, shadows seem to jump out of the corner of your eye. You want nothing more then to leave this place and so you run through the thick branches that tug at you and pull you down, that guard the way to freedom. You run for what feels like hours but it couldn't be because the sun shows no sign of peeking over the horizon, a worse panic sets in as you begin the air grows colder and thicker and it becomes hard to breathe, you begin to wonder if the sun will rise. You find your way back to where you started and decide that running will do no good when you are lost in the dark. You curl up with your back to one of the larger trees and put your face in your hands, you quietly sob like a lost child, because that's just what you are. You wish this all away like a child might until you feel the magic fading, the invisable warmth you had created for yourself when you need it most, like now. Locking it away when you were a child and now you feel so alone when its gone. But the light doen't fade, the spark just beyond the trees, you scrabble to your feet and run to it, it slowly comes closer and grows brighter, you don't care if it blinds you when you reach it, until you do reach it and you slowly reach out and touch it to find that it is not hot or even warm as you had thought, but quite cold. You remove your hand to find it frozen, small beads of water drip from the clear ice. You don't scream, who would here you? instead you stare at it, to stun to realize your body turn to ice and shatter before your eyes, which drip with not water, but tears that freeze and fall to the forest floor.
