I know the inflation just makes it really hard to enjoy the site. Its probably one of the biggest and main features that make it fun to be here.

Yeah, Divinity's Reach is a relatively new CI that for 1000GC, lets you have a chance at winning pretty much all of the old 2003/2004 popular MCs, some of the super rare items like Crimson Marionette. However, most of the time you will get gold from the CI. Tends to be averaging around 2-3m, but can go to upwards of 5m. It's really lame, but Gaia has rereleased it like 3-4 times and it only came out within the last 3.5 weeks. And yeah, I can understand your frustration. Things have inflated 10 fold and it's just disinteresting. Heck, you know that Concierge Service? A few months ago someone wanted Crimson Marionette and the Concierge Service said it would cost that person 40000GC for it. I sure hope they didn't buy it for $400, because it came out in a bundle recently for around $25.

And congratulations ^^. Do you two know what you're going to name him/her o= ? Do you two know if it is a him/her yet xP?

Gah, I know right? Literally, $100 = 100m+ these days if a person buys the right items. It's so disappointingly sad. All of the prices on the MP should have one less digit, and it is harder to keep up with new releases when even the REIs that originally costed 400k on the MP are now going for 3-4m. I guess we're pretty lucky since we have a lot of items already, but for new users it must be a massive turnoff from the site. Who wants to play Booty Grab or zOMG for 2 hours a day to get 150k when that 150k will get you nowhere in a quest. And not to mention, while you have been away, Gaia has been under a ton of heat week after week. They have yet to go a single week without some controversial callout from the userbase in the SF. Whether it be yet another FB release, low quality recolours, selling achievements, Divinity's Reach as the new Flynn's Booty, putting items on sale 30 minutes after they're released at full price, limited quantity releases, etc... The only thing that attracts me to this site are my friends and the hope that somehow a new CEO will come in a fix the site to make it both profitable AND a proper business.

Anyways, I am glad that you are doing well ^^. I saw your status awhile ago and is it true o= ? Are you having a baby ^ 3 ^ ? If so, congratulations!
