Is it bizarre that I know exactly what you mean? I totally sympathize with you there. At least on some level. I don't find it to be offensive to be called sir. It happens occasionally, which I don't understand because I have hyper feminine features. But anyway... As far as being an outcast I understand that. I'm a progressive feminist atheist stuck in the middle of the bible belt. Mostly I keep to myself 'cause the people here want nothing to do with me. I might as well have tentacles growing out of my head. '_'; I imagine you have that sensation times ten. But you'll make it! You can do it!



My sister looks exactly like a boy. She's a lesbian and WANTS to look like a boy. She doesn't want surgery but she more identifies with male gender, not so much the sex. So she has similar struggles.

I actually do understand the hormonal thing. '_'; I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. So even though I'm a girl I still have to take girl hormones because my body isn't producing them by itself. lol Now THAT'S irony. I went through some pretty nasty hormonal medicine that made me like psycho aggressive. I tried to strangle a guy just 'cause he smelled like cigarette smoke. That was only a week of that medicine. That was back in high school. I told my mom that I needed to get different medicine.... before I hurt someone. lol (I didn't hurt the guy. One of my friends held me back.)



But yeah, I imagine you're met with a great deal of misunderstanding, too. And the whole process, from what I understand, can be very difficult and frustrating at times. And expensive. I wish more people realized the risks involved and the bravery it really takes to go through with the actual surgery. So much can go wrong. And it takes a brave person to finally decide to start the process. In fact, those people sometimes have to be braver than so-deemed "normal" people who don't go through the surgeries. They're never likely to be faced with such a HUGE life-changing decision like that in their lives.



Anyway, I just believe in giving praise and credit where it's due. And you're definitely due some. And hey, sometimes random kind words from a stranger are really great. (I make it a point to tell strangers good things about themselves. Spreading good attitudes is contagious!)

I caught one of your posts on the LD forum. And I just wanted to say GO YOU for actually going through with the male-to-female transsexual process. I'm sure it must be scary and frustrating at times. So I consider you very brave! Congrats! (That is all. )

Even if you're trained by students, you're still trained. I was taught at Kamiyama Ninpo Happo Biken Dojo(Urban Combative Training)

You mix sounds kinda intimidating. I've only got the Hand skills, stealth tactics, Hand signs, and Tachi and Kakushibuki training, to be honest. But, I've also got some training in Taijutsu and Aikido, so.
