“We’ll have to figure out a way to talk without showing our teeth.” Toby replied, her fangs protruding from her upper jaw.

“How?” Kyle winced.

“Well, first of all: DON’T HISS AT PEOPLE!!” Toby waved her finger at Kyle as if he was a dog.

Kyle snarled, “I don’t HISS at people!!”

“You did during second period; what do you think that girl was thinking when you did that?” Toby faced him.

“Hey, that girl pushed me, ok? I was pissed off!!”

“That’s enough you two!” Kirsten pulled them apart.

“Still--”

“Oh, bite me!”

“My pleasure!” Toby lunged at Kyle as she bared her fangs, but he backed off, just missing her jowls.

“You’re lucky you have quick repulses-- otherwise, I would’ve torn your neck off by now.” Toby sneered.

“Yeah right….” Kyle hissed.

“What did I say about hissing!”
