I used to feel the same way about religion, but then I realized that you cant judge the religion by how the practitioners of it act. You have to understand what the religion says, and not what the people of the religion say. Think about it, Christianity is a good religion that preaches love and acceptance, but the followers do differently. Is that the Religion's fault? No, its the people's fault. Islam doesn't say that, just to let you know. Islam teaches about love and acceptance too, its just the followers that mold it to what some believe. I hope that made sense to you.
