i myself cant control my emotions,i dont really show myself crying unless i really cant hold it,but it is bad to hold emotions in,they'll just get worse if bottled up inside.
I myself my friends consider me a motherly figure,meh. But if you can even around friends,i think they'll understand if u cry cause of all the pressure upon you,if they are real friends at least they'll be with u still and think of u as a still motherly figure.
