Yup those sound like the ones I'm looking at. So what do you train for? Strength or endurance? I go endurance myself. Don't care much for the uber muscular look.

Yeah I know what you mean. I've been looking at these wrist and leg weights but they're so damned expensive! crying Your lucky to have a bench.. I don't have the room for one. I have to use my 25lbs dumbells and a neat resistance band I got.

Ah, Dumbells? Bench and bar? I work the abs every day and always do push ups at least. Switch between legs and arms same days.. sometimes switch the days.
